Why Forgemaster PLA?

• FORGEMASTER PLA filament contains the highest and purest raw materials yielding low shrinkage and good layer bonding features. Printing projects are delivered with a high toughness. Our filament is manufactured from 100% environmentally friendly natural materials. It is biodegradable, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly.

• Our filament is Clog-free & Bubble-Free. We ensure it is completely dry for 24 hours before packaging and vacuum sealing it in plastic with desiccants packs. Since PLA filament is prone to moisture, it should be stored in a dry and cool place for excellent printing performance.
• Our filament has minimum tangle and a wide array of compatibilities. The filament is subjected to full mechanical winding and a strict inspection process to guarantee our PLA filaments are tidy and easily extruded during 3D printing. Last, our filament works perfectly with most FDM 3D printers on the market.
• Unlike many filaments on the market, Forgemaster PLA has dimensional accuracy & consistency. Advanced CCD diameter measuring technique and self-adaptive control system used in the manufacturing process, ensures strict tolerances. The result is a diameter of 1.75mm and a dimensional tolerance of + / – 0.02 mm. Each spool weighs 1 kg (2.2lbs).
