Why Forgemaster ABS Filament?

  • Forgemaster ABS filament has low odor and less warping. It is made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, which has significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS resins. Our ABS can be 3D printed at 220°C to 250°C. We suggest using a heated bed and enclosed build space to control the cooling of this material and prevent warping.

  • Our filament provides smooth and stable printing. It boasts having no tangles, bubbles, and clogs. Its performance has demonstrated stable smooth extrusion with excellent adhesion without stringing and warping issues while performing under optimal settings.

  • Forgemaster’s ABS filament is highly impact-resistant and heat-resistant. It produces strong attractive 3D printed designs. With our ABS, you get a superb and preferable filament for functional prototyping particularly since ABS prints are aesthetically pleasing needing no polish.

  • As with other company filaments, our ABS exudes dimensional accuracy & consistency. At 1.75mm diameter, Forgemaster’s ABS filament has been made with strict production standards. There will be no issues with printing interruption caused by the knotting of the filament.

  • We use vacuum packing to prepare our filament for shipping and storage using a complete drying time of 24 hours before packaging. Vacuum-sealed packaging bags for packaging 3d printer filaments are used to keep the humidity percentage at a minimum and controlled. Keeping the filament dry from moisture enables the extrusion process to avoid nozzle clogging and bubbling.
